Raymond Mays Signed-Sallon Drawing This page was taken from the book "MOTOR-RACING DRIVERS PAST AND PRESENT" published by Shell-Mex and BP Ltd, in 1956 which was illustrated throughout by Sallon of the Daily Mirror paper. This image of BRM founder, Raymond Mays is not only a superb cartoon image, but it comes with the very rare signature of the man himself. Rare Item ! One of the all time great races at the Leicestershire circuit with that battle between Ago and John Cooper ! Maverick Vinales Suzuki 2016 A great shot of Maverick Vinales during his very impressive 2016 Moto GP season on the works Suzuki. Maverick finished 4th overall in the championship with 4 podium finishes, including a win at the British round beating Cal Crutchlow, Valentino Rossi, Marc Marquez Dani Pedrosa and Andrea Dovizioso ! Size :- A4 Price :- £18.00 +p+p	Jean Alesi Signed Jean Alesi in the V10 AP04 Acer-Prost during the British Grand Prix at Silverstone in 2001. Nico finished 5th overall with 6 podiums, including a race win at Hockenheim. He also won the 2009 GP 2 Series Now driving with Haas in F1, Nico has driven for Williams, Force India, Renault, & Sauber, and also won the Le Mans 24 Hour race in 2015 ! Signed by Nico. Kenny Roberts Signed Daytona photo 12" x 8" black and white photo taken during the 1976 Daytona 200. It shows American ace and triple World 500cc champion Kenny Roberts ahead of Venezuelan star, and 1975 350cc, and 1978 F750 World Champion, Johnny Cecotto, who went on to win this race after Kenny's tyre exploded 5 laps from the end, having worn completely through. Barry Sheene Signed DAF Trucks Card Still one of the most sought after signatures in the Motor Racing World is that of 2 x 500cc World Champion Barry Sheene. I have one or two items signed by Barry, with his earlier signature, and then the more recognisable one as with this DAF Trucks Team Postacrd. Thses were produced with his signature pre printed (in black), but then Barry signed it in blue afterwards. In very nice condition. Marc Marquez Signed Mounted Presentation Here we have a nice mounted Photo and Signature of 8 times World Champion Marc Marquez. Photo from the 2018 USA Grand Prix. Signature obtained at the 2019 British Grand Prix. c/w CoA. Overall Size is 16" x 14" Price :- £59.00 +p+p	Andrea de Cesaris 1984-Ligier-Signed Italian F1 star Andrea de Cesaris in his Renault engined Ligier JS23 during the German GP at Hockenheim in 1984. Andrea qualified in 11th place just behind Ferrari's Rene Arnoux, but ahead of names such as Keke Rosberg and Nigel Mansell. He finished the race in 7th place, once again just behind Arnoux. Signed by Andrea. Size:- 8" x 5.25" Price :- £20.00 +p+p	Jean-Pierre Jarier 1969-F3 Techno A very rare image of Frenchman Jean-Pierre Jarier driving a Techno during 1969. Most of Jean-Pierre's F1 career was spent driving for Shadow, but he did drive for JPS Lotus in 1978 after Ronnie Peterson's fatal accident. A fastest lap and a retirement whist in 3rd in the US GP, was followed by dominating the Canadian GP after setting pole position. only to retire thanks to an oil leak. Signed by Jean-Pierre. Mark Webber Signed Portrait-Jaguar F1 A nice portrait photo of Australian F1 star, Mark Webber during his time driving the Jaguar. Nicely Signed by Mark. Size:- 8" x 5.5" Price :- £9.00+p+p	Olivier Beretta-F3000-Silverstone-1993 Italian Olivier Beretta in his Forti Corse Reynard 93D at Silverstone during the 1993 championship in which he finished in 6th place overall. A win at the first round at Donington Park helping him acheive that result. He moved into F1 the following year. Signed by Olivier. Size :- 8" x 4.75" Price :- £5.00+p+p	Nico Hulkenberg A1 GP-Zandvoort-2006 A nice and quite unusual photo of Nico Hulkenberg. Normally seen in his various drives in F1, this great image, also showing him in the top Left Hand corner as a younger man, shows him driving in the A1 GP series during the winter of 2006/2007. This photo was taken during the race weekend at Zandvoort where Nico won the main race, and also finished 4th in the Sprint race. Both results helping him towards the overall championship title. Pier-Luigi Martini-Signed Photo After winning the European F3 Series for Pavesi Racing in 1983, Pier-Luigi moved into F1 with a drive with Toleman at the Italian GP in place of Ayrton Senna. And apart from a season in 1992 driving a Ferrari F192 for Scuderia Italia, he spent his whole F1 career (124 races) driving for Minardi. The signed photo shows him in the Minardi M193 during the Japanese GP at Suzuka. Signed by Pier-Luigi. Size :- 19 x 12cms Price :- £5.00 +p+p	Jean-Pierre Jabouille Ligier Signed A lovely shot of Frenchman Jean-Pierre Jabouille in his JS17 Ligier- Matra during the 1981 F1 season. One of the many top French Racing Drivers around at the time with great results in F1 and Le Mans. He won two F1 GPs with Renault in 1979 and 1980, but 1981 was an awful year for him without a single point scored. Signed by Jean-Pierre. Guy Ligier Signed Photo-Nurburgring 1000km Sat in amongst the trees of the Ardennes, Spa can very often be very wet, and here is no exception. This is Guy Ligier in the Ligier-Maserati JS-2 that he shared with Bob Woller & Jean Pierre Jaussaud for the 1000km race at the circuit in 1974. Unfortunately they were unable to enter the race as they had an accident during practice from which this photo was taken. Signed by Guy. Jean Alesi Signed Portrait-Prost F1 A great shot of French F1 Star Jean Alesi in thoughtful mood during his spell driving for the Acer-Prost team in 2001. Signed by Jean. Nicely signed by Heikki. c/w CoA. Price :- £22.00+p+p	Bruno Giacomelli Signed F1 Without a doubt, one of the most stylish signatures in Motor Racing, is that of Italian Bruno Giacomelli. Here we see Bruno in the Candy sponsored Toleman during the 1983 European GP held at Brands Hatch. Bruno qualified in 12th place just behind team mate Derek Warwick, and just ahead of Niki Lauda in his McLaren, and went on to finish an excellent 5th in the race, again just behind Warwick. Vitaly Petrov A nice portrait shot of Vitaly Petrov, taken in 2009 when he drove for the Barwa Addax GP2 team alongside Romain Grosjean, finishing 2nd overall behind Nico Hulkenberg. In F1 Vitaly drove for Renault in 2010, Lotus in 2011, and Caterham in 2012. His best result being 3rd in Australia with Lotus, & finishing 10th overall. Signed by Vitaly. Size :- 7.5" x 5" Price :- £5.00 +p+p	Ian Ashley Signed Photo. Ian Ashley was born in Germany but raced on a British Licence during the 1970s. He raced for Williams during 1974/5, Stanley BRM in 1976, and finally Hesketh in 1977. This photo is taken of Ian in the Williams FW03 during practice for the German GP at the Nurburgring, during this very session, Ian crashed at high speed destroying the car, and braking his ankle,( which, when you see the state of the car is amazing this was all he broke). Mark Webber F3000 Arrows Lola-Ford A nice early photo of Mark Webber in his F3000 Arrows Lola-Ford at Monaco during the 2000 season. He finished 3rd overall in the championship just ahead of Fernando Alonso. He had 3 podium finishes during the season including a win in the British round at Silverstone. Signed by Mark. Size :- A4 Price :- £15.00+p+p	Tony Brooks-1961 Germen GP-Nurburgring A very typical photo from the famous Nurburgring Circuit in Germany, as Tony Brooks takes his BRM Climax around the 'Carousel' during the 1961 Grand Prix. Tony qualified in 9th place but retired early on in the race with engine trouble. Nicely signed by Tony. Alvaro finished 5th overall in the championship with 2 podiums (San Marino and Japan), and was on pole for the British round at Silverstone. Really nicely signed by Alvaro. Antonio Pizzonia-Jaguar F1-2003-Signed Antonio Pizzonia, like many F1 drivers came over to the UK early on in his career, for experience in the Highly Regarded British Race Championships. He won the Formula Vauxhall Junior Series in 1998, and also won the Renault 2.0ltr Winter series. Going on to win the Renault Series in '99, and then the British F3 championship in 2000. He drove for Jaguar (above), and Williams in F1 between 2003 and 2005. Signed by Antonio. Size :- 8" x 5" Price::- £4.00 +p+p	Enrique Benoldi-Arrows 2002-Signed Brazilian Enrique Bernoldi won the European Formula Renault Series in 1996, and was 2nd in the British F3 championship in 1998. He started in F1 as Test Driver for Sauber in 1999/200, before driving for Tom Walkinshaw's Team Orange Arrows in 2001 and 2002. (One of the best Paint Schemes on any F1 car in my honest opinion). Seen here testing the V10 Cosworth powered A23 at Silverstone in February 2002. Signed by Enrique. Size :- 8" x 5" Price :- £6.00 +p+p	1971 Triumph Poster Signed This lovely poster/print features my all time favourite rider, Percy Tait on his Triumph-3 entering Gerards at Mallory Park, from the 1971 season when he won the very first British Superbike Championship. This poster comes signed by Percy, Paul Smart, Tony Jefferies, & Tom Dickie, all who rode the Triumph Triple during their racing careers. In Flat/Mint condition. David Kennedy-Theodore Shadow-1980 It's nice to have signatures of some of the less well known Race Drivers through the years, as without these guys, the grids would have been much smaller, and they were very often really good drivers, who just never got the break. Here we have Republic of Ireland driver, David Kennedy, driving the Theodore Shadow in 1980, after finishing 2nd in the British F1 Series in 1979. David had 3 wins at Le Mans, 1987/88/89 in the Mazda 757/767B in the GTP class. Size :- 14 x 10.5cms Price :- £4.00+p+p	Bob Evans-Oulton Park-F500 Trojan Lincolnshire driver Bob Evans was a top F5000 driver. Bob won the 1974 F5000 European Championship beating top F1 drivers, in later years, such as Peter Gethin, Brian Redman and Vern Schuppan ! Bob moved into F1 the following year driving for Stanley-BRM, In 1976 he drove for John Player Lotus, and RAM Racing in their Brabham BT44B. In 1978 Bob was 2nd in the British F1 championship. Photo is at Oulton Park in his F5000 Trojan T101 in 1973. Signed by Bob. Size :- 8" x 5.5" Price:- £6.00+p+p	Tony Trimmer-Maki F102A-1976-Japanese GP Tony Trimmer won the Shell F3 British Championship in 1970. But when he moved into F1 he never got the car under him to show his talent. This rare photo shows him at the famous 1976 Japanese GP meeting driving the Maki F102A. Driving the Melchester Racing McLaren M23 he finished 3rd in the 1978 BRDC Int Trophy F1 race at Silverstone, and won the Aurora British F1 Series in the Mclaren winning 5 races. Signed by Tony. Mika Salo-Portrait-Signed. Finland's Mika competed in Formula One between 1994 and 2002. His best ranking was 10th in the world championship in 1999, when he stood in for the injured Michael Schumacher at Ferrari for six races, scoring two podiums and contributing to Ferrari's constructors' championship win. Size :- 21 x 10cms Price :- £9.00 +p+p	A.Michel-S.Burchall S'Car W'Champs Here's a nice addition to the Signed Photograph page, but being a big fan of Sidecars, I'm bound to be slightly prejudiced :) A nice B&W photo of French Sidecar ace Alain Michel, with English passenger Simon Birchall. Alain was World Sidecar champion in 1990, and runner up in '78, '81 & 1986. Derek Bell-Renault Alpine-1977-Signed. A great shot of Derek Bell in the awesome Renault Alpine A442 twin turbo V6 during the 1977 Le Mans 24 Hour race. Possibly favourites for the race, Bell shared the car with French Star Jean-Pierre Jabouille. Despite leading for 17 of the 24 Hours, it wasn't to be, with an engine blow up taking them out of the race. Size :- 9.25" x 6.5" Price :- £12.00 +p+p	John McGuinness Ballaugh Print A lovely image of John McGuiness on his HM Plant Honda on his way to winning the TT Superbike race and his ninth TT, also setting new lap and race records along the way. From an original painting by Alan Sanderson, this print is signed by John. Size :- A3 Price :- £25.00 +p+p	Nico Hulkenberg-Signed Portrait Portrait PR photo of Nico Hulkenberg from his year with the Williams F1 Team. His first year in F1 after winning the previous year's GP2 Series. Finally finishing in 14th place in the championship, Nico's highlight was his pole position start at the Brazilian GP, and a best result of 6th in Hungard. Signed at Goodwood. Norman Dewes Signed TWR Jaguar Leaflet Norman Dewes was one of Motorsports greatest characters. Norman, best known for his years of testing for Jaguar, was also a very good race driver. One example being a win in 1952 at the GP meeting at Reims where with Stirling Moss, he took the Jaguar C-Type to victory He will be best remembered for his huge crash whilst testing the beautiful Jaguar XK13 at the MIRA test circuit, miraculously walking away unhurt ! Norman signed whilst stood by the very car on the leaflet ! Price:- £20.00 +p+p	Freddie Spencer Silverstone NR500 Honda Freddie Spencer aboard the ill-fated NR500 Honda at Silverstone in 1981. After a poor start Freddie made his way up to 5th place before the Honda's engine decided enough was enough. Nicely signed by Freddie. Felippe Massa Signed Carbon Coaster Now here's an unusual item. This is a Carbon Fibre Coaster, made from material used in a Test Gearbox from the 2008 R28 Renault as driven by Fernando Alonso, and Nelson Piquet Jnr. This is nicely signed by F1 Star Felippe Massa. It is 1 of only 10 made. Price :- £35.00 +p+p	Nick Heidfeld-Portrait-Signed. A portrait photo of German Race Driver Nick Heidfeld taken during the 2005 Season when he drove for the Williams/BMW Team. He had some great results during the year including 3 podiums. Best remembered was his pole position start at the Nurburgring, coming home in second. He was also 2nd at Monaco, and finished 3rd in Malaysia. Injuries forced him to miss the last 4 rounds of the year, finishing 11th overall. Mika Haakinen Signed F3 Poster A rare early poster showing Mika Hakkinen during his days in F3. This is the poster to celebrate him winning the 1990 British F3 championship in his West Surrey Racing Mugen-Honda engined Ralt RT34. Mika won 9 races, and finished on the podium in 15 of the 17 race series ! This also comes with an early Mika Hakkinen signature ! Size :- 80 x 40cms Price :- £39.00 +p+p	Luigi Villoresi Signed Portrait One of Formula One's earliest starts, Italian Luigi Villoresi's first race was the 1950 Monaco GP. He raced for Ferrari, Maserati and Lancia, and retired from racing in 1957. He raced against some of the sports greatest names, including Fangio, Gonzalez, Farina and Ascari, and was on the F1 poduim 8 times during his career. I also love his stylish flowing signature. Size :- 6.5" x 5" Price :- £29.00 +p+p	Limited Edition Signed 10th Anniversary of Jordan in F1. A framed limited edition print commemorating Jordan's 10th year in Formula One. Listing the team statistics and signed by Eddie Jordan. CoA attached to rear of frame. Could be carefully taken out of the frame and posted on in a strong tube. Carlos Sainz Jnr 2012 Signed Photo. A photo taken during the Monza round of the British F3 Championship in 2012 in his Carlin Motorsport Dallara. Another race where Carlos got the 'Gentleman's Set', which is pole position, fastest lap and race win. He eventually finished 6th overall in the championship. Signed by Carlos. Overall Size :- 11 x 10cms Price :- £24.00 +p+p	Maverick Vinales Qatar 2012 Moto 3 A great shot of Maverick Vinales absolutely flat on the tank during the 2012 Moto 3 race at Qatar on his FTR Honda. Maverick went on to win the race ahead of Romano Fenati, and Sandro Cortese. Signed by Maverick. Peter Gethin-McLaren-Monaco 1971 A great photo of Peter taken during the very wet qualifying for the 1971 Monaco Grand Prix. Cecil Sandford Signed Photo Cecil Sandford was a very successful Motorcycle racer during the 1950s. Riding for the works MV Agusta team on their DOHC 125cc machine, Cecil won the 1952 World Championship, also giving MV their first world title. He followed that up with 2nd the following year, again with MV. He rode Moto Guzzi machines in 1955, and finished 3rd in the 250cc championship. His 2nd World Championship came in 1957 when Cecil won the title riding the Italian Mondial. A rare signature. Gerard Larousse Signed Gerard Larousse is possibly best known for winning the Le-Mans 24 Hour race in the Matra Simca in 1973 & 1974,alongside Henri Pescarolo, after finishing 2nd in the Porsche 908 in 1969, and the stunning 917 in 1970. Giacomo Agostini Daytona 1975 Signed Photo Here we have a signed photo of Giacomo Agostini during the build up to the 1975 Daytona 200 event. This was the first major race back in 'the day' when you would run to the Paper shop on a Wednesday to get MCN, to find out who'd won this event in March. 'Fisi' finished 4th overall in that year's championship which included a win in Malaysia, and 5 podiums in all. But he wasn't as quick as his Team Mate Alonso who went on to be the 2006 F1 World Champion. The drivers did however manage to give Renault the Constructors Title for 2006 too. Derek Warwick-Detroit-1987 Quite obviously enjoying himself sliding his Arrows-Megatron is Derek Warwick, during the 1987 USA GP in Detroit. Derek qualified in 10th place just ahead of Johansson in his McLaren, and Berger in the Ferrari. Unfortunately Derek's race was cut short by an accident on lap 12. Masahiro Hasemi-Japanese GP 1976 The 1976 Japanese GP is best remembered for the Hunt-Lauda battle, and the atrocious weather, Japanese driver Masahiri Hasemi almost set the pole position in qualifying and set the fastest lap in the race (taken away post race). Nico Rosberg-GP2-2005-Monza A more unusual shot of 2016 F1 World Champion Nico Rosberg during his GP2 championship winning year in 2005. Fabio Quartararo Signed Photo Here we see Fabio scaping his Elbow at the 2021 Catalunya Grand Prix. A circuit where riders, Fabio included, actually get their shoulders down too ! Rupert Keegan-Signed Rupert Keegan won the 1976 British F3 championship, and moved into F1 in 1977. Mario Andretti-Lotus 78 A photo taken during Mario Andretti's F1 World Championship winning year. Driving the awesome looking Lotus 78, the first F1 car to use ground effect.
